Sunday, November 2nd   6:00 PMProgram Team Listing

  • This listing gets your team name on the back of the tournament shirts and team, coaches and player’s individual names in the tournament program.Submit via State Tournament Website.
  • Coaches must complete this for team names to appear in program and on team name on shirts

 

Sunday, November 2nd   6:00 PMTournament Program Ads

  • Are you interested in promoting your team?  Does your team have a sponsor?
  • Promote your team’s accomplishments and wish them good luck in the Tournament by purchasing a “Team Ad” for $250 for a full page,  $175 for a half page $75 for a quarter page and a business card size $40.
  • Payment can be mailed to:Hamilton  SAY Soccer,  3123 Pleasant Ave. Hamilton OH 45014
  • If you are interested, please emailcbsal@netzero.comwith your size and design (in Word or PDF format, black and white only please.)

 

Sunday, November 2nd   6:00 PMTeam Shirt Orders

  • Pre-order your team’s Commemorative Tournament shirts in advance.  View the shirt design in color at the State Tournament Website.
  • All participating teams names will appear on the back of the shirt provided your Program Team Listing was submitted before the deadline above.
  • If necessary, you may also place orders by emailinghamiltonsaysoccer@fuse.net
  • Limited quantity of shirts will be available for sale at the fields.

 

Sunday, November 2nd   5:00 PMTournament Team Roster

  • Please coordinate with your Area to ensure that your Team’s roster is received by the Tournament Committee by the deadline.These rosters can be emailedoastrosters@gmail.com andoast08@gmail.com ; and must contain the minimum information described in the Tournament Rules.
  • Must be signed by area president or delegate

 

Sat.   Oct. 31st   5:00 PMTeam Payment must Postmarked by 10/31 to TOAST Treasurer

  • Please work with your club or area to ensure payment is made timely
  • Payment for your team is to be made payable to the “TOAST” and sent to:

Note:  Pets, grills, RVs, and glass containers are not permitted.  Parking at private area businesses is not permitted unless otherwise indicated via the field map.  Parking along main streets or on private lawns near the venues is also not permitted.  Ample parking arrangements have been made.
